INDIGO PRODUCTS and DURAGLAZE LTD, . . a 15 YEAR AFFAIR !

Back in 1990 partners Kevin O'Toole and Kevin Wells of Southampton based Duraglaze Ltd began
buying windows and doors from Indigo Products. Fifteen years later they are still buying from Indigo
Products Ltd and are now one of their longest standing customers.

Duraglaze began trading with Indigo after they decided to stop fabricating their own windows.
"We began by selling Indigo's own brand window", said Managing Director Kevin O'Toole.

"In those days nearly all products
were externally glazed and
mechanically jointed and
there was no call for us to
supply conservatories."

Times have of course changed
greatly for both companies.
Duraglaze has consolidated
its position as a long
established and reputable
local window company.

It has a new showroom featuring
Indigo's new Elite 70 range of
windows and conservatories,
and supplies on average 80-100 windows and two or three conservatories per week.
The company employs five fitting teams, four sales staff and a full time surveyor.

Kevin O'Toole continues: "As our business has grown and evolved, Indigo has helped greatly.
In the last few years our customers have begun to demand sculptured windows, woodgrain finishes
and higher security locking systems. Indigo have kept pace with the market. The seven day turnaround
that they now offer has made a real difference in how we plan our installations and allows us more
flexibility in planning our weeks work."

Indigo's National Sales Manager Dave Stearman believes Duraglaze are a shining example of how
a good partnership should work. He says:" it is rare for companies in this industry to trade together for
such a long time. Of course during those 15 years we have had our up's and downs and they have tried
other suppliers. But they have always come back, because, at the end of the day we are a people company
and like Duraglaze we value our reputation our quality and service way above short- term gains.
