ELITE 70 CONTINUES TO LEAD THE WAY . . Following the successful launch of Elite 70, HW Plastics has introduced a new on-line technical manual for the system. This is the first on-line manual for HW Plastics' profiles and reflects today's requirements for instant technical information. The new Elite 70 manual has been designed by PVC Online for ease of use, both for sourcing and updating information. "The idea behind the manual is to provide customers with instantaneous information on-line," explains PVC Online's Stephen Killilea. "Rather than being sent hard copies of updates to the manual, HW Plastics will send them an email informing them of which pages have been amended. Each update will include a version number and date so that the customer knows that they are using the most current information."	Accessible via HW Plastics' website, the on-line manual follows the same format as the company's printed versions. This recognisable format is further enhanced by an easy to use navigational bar which shows clearly where the customer is in the manual and where they have been. Customers can then gain immediate access to up to date information on Elite 70, including full technical information and diagrams. "We are very excited about the new on-line manual," comments Peter Hayes, Head of Marketing at HW Plastics. "While our printed manuals work very well, they do rely on our customers to update them when we send new information. With the Elite 70 on-line manual we can update information centrally, ensuring that our customers have all the current information at the click of a mouse."
